Job Title: Health & Safety Consultant (full-time 37.5 hours/week)
Base Location: Sentinel House, Bromsgrove, B60 4DJ, however with flexible working arrangements
Salary/Package: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, also car allowance and mileage, employee health plan benefits and IOSH subscription.
Annual Leave: 25 days plus BH (plus additional day for every year completed up to 5 days)

Health & Safety Consultant Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us and provide pragmatic health & safety solutions to a diverse range of clients from SMEs to large multi-nationals. The role involves carrying out health & safety audits, undertaking risk assessments, developing client-focused solutions and onboarding new clients. You will liaise with clients to build positive business relationships, provide consultancy support and investigate accidents/incidents. On occasions you will deliver training to clients. You will be based at our Bromsgrove office, however, this role offers flexible working from home. You will need to travel for work to visit clients, which includes overnight stays away from home on occasions.
Your qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:
You will be an experienced health & safety practitioner with a pragmatic approach to assisting clients to meet their legal obligations. Ideally you will be qualified to NEBOSH Diploma/equivalent level or above. We welcome applications from experienced individuals qualified to NEBOSH Certificate/equivalent level with a practical ‘hands on’ approach to problem-solving. We will support you to maintain CPD and work towards achieving additional qualifications. You will have a strong record of providing solutions to health & safety challenges, in addition to practical experience of conducting risk assessments. You will need to manage your own work schedule and prioritise your workload. You will work in a dynamic collaborative and supportive work environment, so you will need to be well organised and have good IT skills. In order to build successful client relationships you will need to communicate effectively.
