Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing.  Once a course is booked (irrespective of notice period) where course material and examination papers have been specifically ordered and the booking is then cancelled, a charge equivalent to the cost of the materials and administration fee will be made.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses.  In the event of a course being cancelled all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred to another Sentinel Safety Solutions Ltd  course.

Sentinel Safety Solutions Limited shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.

If less than 14 days notice is given, the following charges apply:

  • 8-14 days prior to course start date  –  50% of the total course fee
  • 7 days or less prior to course start date  – 100% of the total course fee

Non attendance will be classed as cancelling on the day.  If any training is postponed, Sentinel Safety Solutions Ltd reserves the right to waive cancellation fees as its sole discretion.
