Food Safety Training
Food Safety Regulations require the food business operator to ensure that food handlers are ‘supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work'.
Sentinel is an accredited training centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH). Health & Safety Training

We offer a comprehensive range of health and safety training accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). All training courses are delivered by qualified and competent trainers with experience in industry and/ or enforcement agencies. As a part of your risk management plan we can train your staff to conduct in-house risk assessment.
